To give you an idea - I’ve created a custom action to leave a note on specific conversation matching certain rules. What I couldn’t find in the docs and I am struggling with, is to also mention a teammate via custom actions if they hit the rules. Is this possible?

I know you opened a Support conversation about this as well, but I’m leaving the response here for visibility! At the moment, there isn't a way to mention a teammate when adding a note via our API, which means mentioning a teammate isn't possible with Custom Actions. The same is true when adding a note in a Workflow automation-- there is no possibility to @mention within the note. This is a great feature request though and I have submitted this feedback to the product team. 👍
I also need this functionality - to let a teammate know to complete a specific action. Thank you!
