Can someone recommend the best way to use intercom to gather user interview participants in a mobile app? Basically I would like a way ask them if they would be open to being contacted for an interview/feedback session, and record yes/no responses and compile a list of those to reach out to.

You could use the âsurveyâ feature to ask users if they would like to participate in an âinterviewâ - you can use the âDropdown/Listâ question type and then select to âsave the attributeâ to the user đđź



Once youâve got these âsaved attributesâ - you can then filter through your âContactsâ for users who have the âAttribute Xâ as âyesâ to find the users who said yes in the survey to being âinterviewedâ â
