Salesforce integration - Turn off sync to activities

I dont want to sync to the intercom chats to Salesforce activity. How to change this?

Hey @alfia​ ! If you head to Salesforce settings in our app store you will see an option to turn off the Automatically create Salesforce activities option under Set up cases. Here is a link to an article on that
