Hey @карина, Intercom's Zendesk integration allows you to view your Intercom customer data from within Zendesk, and allows you to manually create a ticket in Zendesk from a conversation in Intercom. Our article on this integration goes into more detail on this!
It doesn't automatically sync Intercom conversations with Zendesk tickets and vice versa.
With that in mind, can you give me a bit more detail on the exact issue that you're facing?
