Team invite emails can’t be sent right now as your app is being reviewed.
I don't know why my acc didn't pass the review. And in support, nobody answers to me (now a week). What can I do, because in the message about the review they say that I should contact support, but nobody answers!
It says it is in review, so that does not mean it didn't pass it. Be patient and if everything is ok you'll be able to continue using Intercom. I guess this is needed because there are a lot of spammers out there that just want to quickly blast a bunch of emails that they do not have the right to poses, so Intercom might come back to you with some questions. Support is slower than usual, so just be patient.
