Are conversation tags added through the API visible anywhere in the UI?

Hi team - when we add conversation tags through the API, we can't find them in the Inbox UI. Is that possible?

 

Also, do tags added through the API show up in Reports? (Customer support > Conversation tags)

Request https://api.intercom.io/conversations/ID/tagswill add a tag to the last message in the conversation and this is visible from Intercom UI.

Hey @roy s11​ I found how to recreate the issue.

 

Tags will not be added to the latest message if the latest message is a private note or message from the operator.

 

In this case, I guess the tag should still be added to the latest "public" message?
