Can I assign incoming emails based on the CC field?

Hi all intercom guru, Do you know how to create Automation rule by using if " Email CC " I saw only option to use " Email To"

 

I would like to automatic assign to my team if incoming email have "Email CC" to certain email.

Hey @thongtod​, I'm afraid our rules only recognise the email recipient, and not any addresses in CC. Can you tell me a bit more about your use case here?

Hi Eric,

 

My compony is heavily using CC and BCC for the email there for we what to have AUTOMATIC by using CC and BCC attribute. For example, I want to Archive an conversation that CC to me but not the one that send to me.

Thanks for clarifying this, Leo. Are you noticing that emails in which you are CC-ed, but are not the main recipient, are being forwarded to Intercom?
