Is it possible to automatically tag a user based on the message copy?

For example, every time one of our agents sends a message that contains the text: If you like this deal, just click “Continue with this offer” and we can get your deal started." I would like to auto tag that as "Offer sent" - is this possible?

Hello @jessica w11 , As @eric f11 mentioned you can use Macro to automatically tag the conversation.

Once you tag the conversation, you can use Zapier integration to tag user with the same tag:

Zap Trigger "Tag Added to Conversation" <> Zap Action "Add/Remove Tag on User".

If you need more information about this flow, just let me know I'II record some tutorial for you.

Hey @jessica w11, it's not possible to auto-tag a user based on any of our existing Inbox automations, it's only possible to tag a conversation.

If you're happy to tag conversations in this workflow, I'd recommend creating a Macro so that, every time your team selects a Macro to send the reply you're outlined, it will also tag the conversation.
