And also if I want to restrict the amount of time a conversation can be snoozed? Is there any ready settings available to do this or any customization can be done to achieve this.

Hey @user718 ! Currently, it is not possible to restrict the amount of time a conversation can be snoozed. Maybe you can use API to reopen the conversation after a certain period. This needs to be done programmatically on your end by running some sort of script.
