My bots are currently only showing on desktop. How can I show them on mobile?

It sounds like your custom bot may only be set up for users on web. Can you ensure that the "show first on" values (under the Content section of the bot) is enabled for web, iOS, and Android? 👇
Also ensure that your audience rules are not excluding users on mobile devices, and you should be good to go 🙌
