It’s great to be recognized in this way within the community from what started as a way to engage and learn has been a real opportunity to help others and make an even bigger difference within the community through the Expert Program. 

 

  • How do you find the Expert Program? Are you enjoying the benefits so far?


There’s a lot of benefits to being involved which I’m grateful for and can’t wait to unlock even more!  If you want to see how I’m enjoying the perks, here’s my reaction when the big Intercom gift box arrived at my door πŸ˜‚
 

  • How has your experience as an Expert User in the Intercom Community helped you?

Being an Expert User in the Intercom Community has been such a rewarding experience. In addition to the other perks, it’s given me the chance to help others, which I love, and it’s also opened my eyes to so many creative ways people want to use Intercom. The platform is incredibly robust and versatile, and seeing how others leverage it keeps me excited about what’s new and possible, while inspiring me to come up with my own unique ways to leverage it as well.

And Intercom doesn’t stop improving either! They are always iterating and changing things in positive ways, which keeps things interesting and engaging.

Through my contributions here, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with amazing people and even help others beyond the community. The Expert Program just keeps getting better too, and I’m genuinely excited to dive deeper, learn more, and continue supporting even more people along the way.


Since the community first launched, it’s been amazing to see it grow and I know this is still just the beginning, Diana and the team are always working on new ways to bring more value to the community, experts and team.

  • How do you find the Expert Program? Are you enjoying the benefits so far?

Hah, my perks were delivered just before the Xmas/NewYear’s time so it was a really nice present for me so I put it under the Xmas tree :) But similarly to what happened to β€‹@Nathan Sudds my perks were quickly taken as soon as I opened the box - I wish I had 10 water bottles because of the β€œfight” we had who will take it :D that was the most wanted thing. 

 

  • How has your experience as an Expert User in the Intercom Community helped you?

I often wish I had more time to be here, answering questions and reading each and every comment - at the end, helping others is rewarding, but it also opens my eyes to new ways of how Intercom can be used, making every interaction I have here a learning experience. Of course, with such a role as being an Expert User, also comes some responsibility, meaning that I’ll do my best to find more time to contribute.  

BTW, one of the most exciting moments is seeing problems or ideas discussed in the community turn into feature requests and eventually become actual product updates. Intercom’s constant evolution keeps this space really inspiring, engaging. 

And I’ve been part of some other vendor communities, recognized as β€œchampion” there, but Intercom Community is different specifically how contributors are recognized and valued. Kudos to ​@Diana Tripac for that!
