I’m  Grazi Sabatini, a Support Coordinator at Pipefy currently leading AI initiatives at Intercom.
I’ve been working with machine learning to enhance customer experience, automating 30% of support tickets and increasing our AI CSAT to 85%.

I also implemented chatbots that reduced over 1,300 hours of customer wait time in the first three months, optimizing resources and improving team efficiency.

Jessica here, Customer Support Lead/Engineer at LeanLaw. I started from the bottom as a Customer Success Specialist and was in the trenches using Intercom to help our user base with support requests. Since then, I’ve implemented special workflows to filter incoming chats into specialized teams and started working on cleaning up our data so we have the most relevant and accurate data quickly accessible when engaging users.

Hi everyone! 

My name’s Ben, and I’m the Community Support Manager at Product Hunt. I joined back in August of 2024 and am taking on the challenge of essentially reinventing Product Hunt community support, expanding our services, and am utilizing Intercom to drive a lot of our updates, or at the very least, figure out where we need to spend our time fixing things.

Coincidentally, Intercom launched on Product Hunt wayyyy back in 2013 😄 

Previously I was the Senior Social & Community Lead at Cruise (RIP) here in San Francisco managing several user research/ambassador programs, support channels, and Discord community groups around the US. Before Cruise I was a Social Response Lead for Cash App heading up Incident Management, optimizing our various tools, expanding support channels, and a little bit of everything. 

Very excited for this opportunity to connect with others and learn how to best use Intercom!

I’m a product manager currently working on a B2B SaaS product. In my previous startup, I took care of customer support and built a user-friendly help center using Intercom, which gave me firsthand insight into how  intuitive the platform is. Check it out here https://support.superr.app/en/

I’ve followed Fin’s journey from its early stages and am genuinely excited to see how AI is changing the customer support domain.  As a PM , I admire how Intercom approaches and solves complex product challenges. In fact, when I was exploring this field, Intercom on Product Management was one of the first resources I turned to.

I even check my current company’s Intercom account regularly just to explore how the platform has evolved. I love how you’ve streamlined workflows and automation into a single, cohesive module, making the tool even more impactful for teams.

Hi everyone!

I’m Luka, Senior Customer Support Representative at Ideals, recently taking on a new role of AI specialist for Intercom and other tools our teams use. I’ve been working on the project for the last 9–10 months and on everything related to Intercom AI/automations, bot-related content, etc. We’ve been recognized as one of the top performers for Fin within Intercom, and among other things, we’ve achieved:

  1. Developed and Implemented AI Strategy 🤖
    • Bootstrapped and implemented an AI strategy and roadmap in Customer Support, with the goal of making significant improvements in efficiency, resolution rates and innovation.
  2. Enhanced Reporting and Data-Driven Insights 📈 
    • Created detailed reports to track key metrics like resolution rates, answer rates, and CSAT. Used these insights to improve help center content and Intercom snippets, surpassing our resolution rate OKR.
  3. Optimized Content and Workflows 🔖
    • Monitored customer-bot interactions to identify and fill content gaps. Implemented workflow optimizations resulting in higher answer rates, including the Premier Service workflow, to enhance overall support quality.
  4. Supported product migration 💽
    • Automated audience segmentation in Intercom during a migration period, ensuring customers received relevant support content at all times. Seamlessly unified and updated the library of more than 200 Intercom snippets in several languages for a successful post-migration CX.
  5. Established Cross-Team Collaboration 🤝
  • Started new collaboration between different teams with the goal of fostering a culture of support content management and institutional knowledge sharing and enabling further resolution rate improvements and support workflow optimization down the line. This teamwork was key to improving resolution rates and maintaining high-performance metrics.
