We center our email copy and it sent left justified. Inside Intercom it has trouble allowing me to click on center. The last few weeks it sent properly to the inbox but this past (major) email we sent did not.

Hey @mkt​ ! As far as I know, there wasn't any formatting issue. If you still have an issue, can you please start a conversation from the Messenger in your workspace with all the details, so our support team can look into the issue?
