How can I visually map messages and campaigns?

Hi there!

I'm currently auditing how our messages are set up (what cadence, when they are triggered, at what date, etc)

Short of actually going in and creating a google sheet or Miro Board and manually auditing the flow/timeline one by one is there some way to easily visually map out the cadence of messages, or an integration that does this?

Any insight is much appreciated 😀

Hey @louise s 👋 (I love that nickname, by the way 😂)

Have you checked out our new Series feature (which is going to eventually take over from campaigns)? Don't worry, it's included in your plan if you can already use smart campaigns 😄

This allows you to build and map your campaigns in a visual builder - I reckon this will help you get a good idea of your campaign's timeline and flow!

You can also migrate your existing campaigns to Series to get an overview of them.

Would this help?

Thanks, Eric!

Good to know! I'll give Series a whirl this week and let you know if I have any feedback 😀
