Is there a way to have in-series emails go to users only during the user's local time zone work hours and work days (avoiding holidays)?

There isn't a way to choose a combination of time zone and office hours to send emails i'm afraid, Having said that, I only had this very same question yesterday from a customer and I went ahead and added it as a feature request. You can also request it over @Product Wishlist 🙌
