Under Proactive Support you have all your messages and I can filter on content type. However, News item is the only content type I cannot seem to filter on.

Okay that doesn’t help me. So could Intercom add that? Or can you tell me another way to get an overview of all news items?
To see all the News Items you’ve created you should click a content type button instead of Filters.

I was talking about the content type button in my original question. The News items options is not there:

Okay, that may be. Very confusing, because the other content types I cannot access do show up in the dropdown.
