How can I make sure that the messenger icon position and size gets adapted to the screen size automatically?

We've noticed that the messenger size of the messenger looks very huge on a 13-inch laptop while it looks alright I a 15-inch one. Is there a way to set the icon and chat window to automatically resize based on screen size? Or what would be the optimum size that can set to make sure it's not too small or large for any screen.

Hey @user860, a couple of things to note here:

  • It's not possible to resize the default Intercom launcher - you'd need to build a custom launcher for this.
  • However, no matter the size of the launcher, it's not possible at all to change the size of the Messenger window as it "pops out".
  • If you're going to go ahead and build a custom launcher, you'll need to write some script on your end to change the size of the launcher depending on the end user's device.
