Hey @Matthew Adetoyese 👋 Jacques here from Intercom Support. I hope all is well today!

The error message you are encountering, "INVALID_KEY Error 401," suggests an issue with the key used for your push notifications. This error typically indicates that the key being used is invalid or not recognized by the server.

To resolve this issue, you can check the following:

  • Verify that the key you are using is correct and has not been revoked. You can check the status of your keys in your developer account .
  • Ensure that the Bundle ID provided matches the app you want to send notifications to. Intercom does not validate the Bundle ID, so it must be accurate .
  • If you have recently updated your push key, end-users may need to reauthenticate to start receiving push notifications with the new key .

By following these steps, you should be able to address the INVALID_KEY error and ensure your push notifications are functioning correctly!
