Product Tour for website on mobile phone

Hello

We schedule a product for onboarding 28k users. At the end only 4K saw the product tour, the problem is all the other register on the website but on mobile phone.

Product Tour does not work mobile ?

Is the only way to reach those people is to create e mobile carroussel ? Bur for me mobile carrousel is for SDK et non responsive website right ?

How to handle those people ?

Thanks 🎈

So the best practice is to pay Series then ?

The work around is to create post that follow themself as Mobile carousel is doing ?

@marie p11 Yes, the best option is to set up a series as shared in the other topic and then use two different paths depending on the platform of the user. I wouldn't suggest to then use multiple posts for the mobile path, but rather explain the onboarding steps in one post or link to some other content like a help desk explaining it in detail or maybe a video explaining the mobile view. Multiple posts might not trigger automatically without the user refreshing manually.

@Kevin Bendixen - Thanks for expanding on these issues. Do you happen to know how to deactivate product tours for mobile screen sizes? Setting up a series makes sense, but I'm wondering how to disable existing tours for users with mobile screen sizes?

@Julius Geis There’s no need to deactivate them for mobile devices because they don’t work on there in the first place.

@Kevin Bendixen, hmm not in our case. The tour still loads with you open our app via mobile browsing. And of course, then point to different directions and messes up the tour as designed. Any idea?

Hi, is there any chance that Product Tours will work on web mobile in the future? They are the best for onboarding new features.
