Hi all, 

First time on the community. Hope this is the right place to ask this question.

Has anyone come across the following message, when trying to access their inbox?

“An error occurred while loading your conversations” 

 

Any help would be appreciated. My team’s currently unable to access any of the waiting messages!

It appears there had been issues related to the loading of conversations, on workspaces with data hosted in Australia. 

Thankfully it is now resolved!

From the looks of it its an Intercom server error:

@sujaIS sorry to hear you and the team are facing this issue!

It looks like all systems are online at the moment according to https://www.intercomstatus.com/

I'm wondering if there's an underlying network issue between you and one part of the Intercom server, do you have access to a VPN to try connecting that way?

 

I'd reach out to support and mark it urgent if this doesn't help.

It appears there had been issues related to the loading of conversations, on workspaces with data hosted in Australia.

Hello all,

I have received an email notification from a customer. However when I click "view conversation" it does not load. Does anyone know what happened?
