Can someone recommend the best way to use intercom to gather user interview participants in a mobile app? Basically I would like a way ask them if they would be open to being contacted for an interview/feedback session, and record yes/no responses and compile a list of those to reach out to.

Gather user interview participants

Hey
You could use the ‘survey’ feature to ask users if they would like to participate in an ‘interview’ - you can use the ‘Dropdown/List’ question type and then select to ‘save the attribute’ to the user 👍🏼

Once you’ve got these ‘saved attributes’ - you can then filter through your ‘Contacts’ for users who have the ‘Attribute X’ as ‘yes’ to find the users who said yes in the survey to being ‘interviewed’ ✅
I hope this helps🙏🏼 Let me know if you’ve got any other questions!
