Getting 403 error from specific IP

Hi! When I use a specific IP address, all my POST requests to the api (https://api-iam.intercom.io/messenger/web/ping) return a 403 error. However, this does not apply to other ip addresses. Is it possible that my ip address is blocked?

Hi @ElonMusk228 👋 Eden from the support engineer team here.

This looks like it will need further investigation on our end, so I have escalated this with the Support team as a conversation. They will respond to you there as soon as possible!

Hey there @Viktor Solovei !

The issue with the customer above was most likely due to limitations that were placed on their account by our monitoring service. Most often when you see a 403 error around a Messenger ping call, it’s due to an issue with how you’ve set up Identity Verification on Web. If you are running into this issue, I would recommend reaching out to our team via your workspace’s Messenger or by emailing us at team@intercom.io and a member of our Support team can help investigate!
