Email forwarding doesn't work for certain users. Could an email header (X BeenThere) be the culprit?

Google Bard suggests that the presence of “X BeenThere” header, even though it’s deprecated, signals to email systems that the message is looped. Is there an effective way to tell Intercom to ignore this header and allow email through?

Hi @John O !

It looks like you wrote into our Support team about this and my teammate Mariah got you squared away!

For anyone else who is interested, it wasn’t the header that was causing the issue, rather it had to do with filenames of certain attachments causing those Email messages to land in the Intercom workspace’s Spam folder.
