Hi All,

 

I’m wondering if there’s a report we can generate to see how many unique users sent us messages?

I want to compare adoption between 2022 and 2023.

 

Your help putting this together would be appreciated.

The best option to achieve this would be via CSV Export. In this way, you can export your conversation data in CSV format and then remove the duplicate user ids or emails to make sure you have the count of unique users that reached out to you,

 

Regarding how to export conversations via CSV, please see this article. Please note that CSV exports will only contain the last 2 years. To get older conversation data, you can consider using our REST API. For this, you will need your dev team’s involvement on your end though.

hi Michael,

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to see how many unique users created a new conversation in our reports.
It is a good idea, though I will mark it as a feature request.
Our reports are mainly focused on the team's performance.

Thanks! It’d be great as a standard measure!

Even knowing a user is messaging for the first time would allow us to ensure a great first impression so they’re more likely to return.
