Hard Close the moment we close a conversation

Hello

 

We want to hard close conversation the moment it was closed.

We don’t want closed conversation to keep on reopening within 24 hours(min we can set)

Hi @Vaughn Abad !

It’s not possible to ‘hard close’ a conversation. Are you saying that you don’t want a customer to be able to re-open a conversation after it’s been closed by your team?

If so then you’ll want to set the “Prevent users replying to closed conversations” Messenger setting to ‘0 days’. That will prevent your customers from re-opening a conversation after your team closes it. You can read up on this feature here!
