Hello,
I need to call an external API(webhook) when a teammate modifies a custom attribute within the user's qualification section.

Is this possible?

Thank you

Hi @Keti Bosikashvili  -- Cam from the Intercom Support team here.

Great question! You could use one of our Contact webhooks topics, like “contact.user.updated”, to be notified when any updates occur and from there identify any updates made by workspace Admins to the attributes in your “qualification attributes” list which can then be included in a call to your external API.

Depending on how this data is updated by your team and/or their process for doing this within the Inbox, it might also be feasible for Custom Actions to be used. Might be worth looking into this if you haven’t already.
