Is it possible to hide the reactions section at the bottom of Intercom articles? We’d like to add our own custom section here for our customer to submit feedback if the article was not helpful. Plus, I haven’t found a great solution for redirecting customers who indicate the article was not helpful to the proper location:
Hi @Joseph S.! Thanks so much for your reply. Good to know. I’m bummed you can’t hide it because even when you disable the automated conversation option like you advised, it still creates a frustration customer experience because 1) they can’t give feedback, and 2) there’s not a way to direct them to more support. I hope this feature changes in the future.
