Darshan Hiranandani : What methods are available to access the conversation ID in a custom action?

Hi team,

I’m Darshan Hiranandani, working on a custom action that triggers a webhook whenever a new message is received. I need to include the conversation ID in the request payload, but I’m running into an issue.

In the action builder, it mentions that "You can use the selector ({...}) to pass Intercom attribute values in your request body." However, I’m not seeing any "Conversation attributes" available for selection.

Does anyone have experience with this or know how to add the conversation ID to the request payload? Any guidance on how to access and include the conversation ID would be greatly appreciated!

Do you not see conversation attributes when searching for them using {...}? 🤔 Seems to be available for me at least!
