Good day. Could you please advise how to download conversations by filtering them based on workspaces, views, agent, tags, and closed status? I tried filtering by workspaces and views, but I couldn't find how to do it.

To download conversations filtered by criteria like workspaces, views, agent, tags, and closed status in Intercom, you can use the Reports and Data Export features:

1.Filtering Conversations:
   - Use the Inbox Filters to filter conversations by views, agents, tags, or status.
   - Customize views to match your filtering needs, such as closed conversations with specific tags or those assigned to a specific agent.

2.Exporting Conversations:
   - Go to the Reports section in Intercom and select Data Export.
   - Apply the same filters you used in the Inbox to refine the export.
   - Download the filtered conversations in CSV format for offline analysis.

If you cannot find these options or need more specific filtering (like by workspace), contact Intercom Support for further assistance, as filtering by workspace might require additional configurations.

Hope this help!
