I tried to do it but it seems no luck. And what is the reason behind this?

My company case needs to sent emails to several recipients every morning and this causes huge problem if we cannot.

If you start the email from the outbound page in Intercom you can add several email addresses as the audience. It's not pretty, but it should work

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your reply. Is this what you meant?

Screenshot 2021-11-26 at 12.50.36I found out that if I do this way, I have to add each recipient email one by one, and this costs lots of time cuz I'm sending tens of emails and Mac of them has tens of recipients.

I just wonder why Intercom doesn't support this. As all other ticket platform have this very simple and basic feature :(
