The exel report for my android intercom flow doesn't show some information about the user

The Exel report for my intercom flow on android doesn't show some information about the user, such as the user's name and email address, this is happening every month.

Could you please provide me with this information?

When you check any of those users’ profiles on your Intercom workspace, do you see that they actually have a name and email? For example, you can check the user with user ID 557877 in your contact list like the below and then check their profile to see if they actually have a name and email.

 

If they have an email/name, but it is not showing in your Excel report, then I can escalate this as a conversation to our Support team to investigate further. But if they don’t have email/name in their profile, then this would be an expected behaviour.

This month my problem has been repeated again: the data that appears on the intercom doesn't match the exels received in my email, the “combined” file doesn't contain the information and I can't match the score with the user who gave that answer.

Could you help me?
