Assigning Lead in Intercom and SFDC

I know this is a developer community, but wondering if anyone has built an app that assigns a lead in Intercom (based on last touch) and then updates the lead in SFDC.

assigns a lead in Intercom (based on last touch)

Would you be looking to assign an owner to that lead in Intercom based on who replied last? Based on this article, you could use the API to assign lead owner.

So you or your devs could look for the last person that replied to a conversation and then assign that teammate as the lead owner. You can then use Salesforce API to update the lead in Salesforce to the person that is set as the owner in Intercom.

There is also a 3rd party integration through Zapier that has this option which could something you could explore here as well:

Otherwise, our Salesforce app will only assign the Salesforce lead owner into Intercom and not vice versa.
