Give leads/users replies to choose from

Use Case:
Agent asks lead/user a yes or no question.

Ideal Output:
Chat provides lead/user a clickable “Yes” or “No” button to save his time rather than type.

Another use case:


^ “That helped” button is what is needed.

Kindly let me know if this is possible by using the API/node module and not via Answer Bot.

It’s not possible through the API yet @icering1608 - at least not directly in chat. Our Operator features are needed here (either Answer Bot for incoming conversations, or Custom Bots for outgoing communication). What’s the use case?
