Intercom Timing out

Hi! We have an issue with the intercom messenger where it is not loading for only one particular client and is receiving this error on the browser:


When I looked further into it I found out that the endpoint is timing out with a 504 error, and this is only happening for one of our clients. Any idea what could be happening?

Generally this error could mean a few things; Possibly a misconfiguration with your browser settings; your firewall settings or your internet connection.
