Non-business email filter on custom bots

Hi all :slight_smile:

I’m planning a migration from a “competitor product” to Intercom.

One of my requirements are the email grabber; he needs to filter out the non-business emails since it’s part of our strategy. We are not willing to accept any or any other free mailbox.

The issue is: Intercom does not have this feature, making the migration complex.

Is there any turn around of this?

I presume you are referring to:

We don’t offer this validation natively. However, you could build your own app that asks visitors for their email using Canvas Kit and Operator, and deactivate the one that comes by default. This would allow you to have a custom validation.
