"Pending Configuration" and "Outdated Token Permissions"


Morning Folks,

Updated the callback URLs on my app (still private, in development), however my changes are now marked as the “Pending Configuration”, with the “Approved Configuration” still using the old callback URLs.

What does this mean? How do I promote my changes to the approved configuration?

I’m also getting warnings in the app management UI that my tokens permissions are out of date and that they need regenerating. Regenerating them doesn’t solve the problem and the warning persists.

Hey @robertrawlins, if the app is private then any change should be applied directly. Would you mind sharing your app name & workspace id to jp [at] intercom so that I can check what is the issue?
