I read in the API doc that sending an admin initiated conversation via the API will not trigger a push notification. Are there any workarounds for this?
Hey @Allen121 - there’s no way to do this yet, nor to send a ‘separate’ push notification as a message type through the API. It’s a good flag as a feature request though. What’s the exact use case?
We’re trying to further integrate Intercom into our app by using your API. But without sending a push notification via the API is very limiting and the only blocker for us right now.
We want to use Intercom more pragmatically via the API.
