Does anyone else use RingCentral as their phone provider and have voicemails forwarded to intercom?
Intercom changed their spam filters recently and roughly 30% of our voicemails are now going to spam. Intercom does not allow us to whitelist the RingCentral messages and we are forced to check the spam filter several times a day to ensure we contact our customers in a timely manner.
Curious if anyone else is having this issue and what steps you are taking to address? Its a pain to check the spam folder throughout the day and based on my chats with Intercom Support, this is not a priority for them to fix.
