Require an email for new conversations

as far as I know about SDK, when App starts, we have to register user info or registerUnidentifiedUser, then we can display the chat list. After registration, then user won’t be recognized as a VISITOR, which means Require an email for new conversations won’t work on Apps?

You are correct here. This feature will only apply to visitors who start a conversation on your web app. As there is no concept of visitors on mobile apps this feature will not be applied.

Can totally see why you would like to see this though and I will pass this along to the team.
