Upon the release of iOS 13, our app UX was conflicting with intercom’s z-indexed iframe with a value of -1 and causing some funky cross screen UX white shapes to block the app. When I remove this property or set it to zero, the bug disappears. Any thoughts on how to fix the integration or adjust the CSS to rectify this issue?
Hey Dan! Is this reproducible across all browsers, or a single one specifically?
Are you seeing similar behavior with any other elements with z-index set to -1? Is it possible this is an issue with the browser you’re testing this behavior with?
The only browser that has problems is mobile Safari and yes, the issue is related to that browser. However, we don’t have other elements with z-index property of -1.
