Does anyone (Intercom employee or Interconnected community member) have advice on how to refer a new team to Intercom? My team switched over to Intercom many years ago, but I'd love to know if there is a recommended best practice way to go about encouraging another company to make the shift from their current Helpdesk/Support platform to Intercom. And out of curiosity, does some kind of referral benefit exist? Thanks!
