Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Rodrigo and I work in a Saas company.

 

Recently we bought a few seats on a IC account and we are loving the tool.

 

I came here at the group to check some tips, tricks and workarounds, already found some great stuff.

 

In this post, I'd like to collect some expertise on NPS processes via Intercom. We'd like to colect NPS from our clients in as 90 days recurrence and make it easy to be checked by my customer sucess team. So far we installed a few posts that collect custom attributes (NPS Score) from our clients but I'm afraid that's not the best way to do it.

 

Can you guys give me a few tips and paths to get it done in the best possible way? I'm open to contract 3rd party apps.

HI @rodrigo m12​ , Im not sure if you received the help you seeked months ago. Im just seeing your post today so sharing with you what I know.

 

 

Here is a list of app integrations that Intercom offers, do explore that. I've gotten the Wootric integration going for our product, but I manually trigger it using an Outbound message every 90 days. (We have to make certain tweaks to our Audience segment to exclude customers undergoing training hence the manual step.)

 

If you do have the Series capability available to you, I'd recommend that you could set this up as a Series with repeat messages that are spaced out 90 days apart and set the series to contain 4 messages. That way you are covered for one year.
