In this post, I'd like to collect some expertise on NPS processes via Intercom. We'd like to colect NPS from our clients in as 90 days recurrence and make it easy to be checked by my customer sucess team. So far we installed a few posts that collect custom attributes (NPS Score) from our clients but I'm afraid that's not the best way to do it.
Can you guys give me a few tips and paths to get it done in the best possible way? I'm open to contract 3rd party apps.
