Hey all, Not a technical one but I would really like to see what other intercom users do for this. I get a LOT of internal requests to build various kinds of bots for different audiences and user journeys. I'm currently creating a briefing document to ask stakeholders to fill out as part of the project process. Does anyone else use a briefing process for this and if so any ideas for the sorts of fields you think I should include?

Hey Emmy, how many stakeholders and different types of audiences do you have? I'm not sure if this would work for your situation, but you could consider letting everyone who requests a bot to create their own (in the test environment 😛).

This could help and requires no technical skills: Build your own chatbots with Custom Bots

Just an idea to avoid briefing documentation to some extend.

Where you want to bot to be:

Audience (I'm sure this would require more follow up questions):

What you want the bot to ask:

When you want to trigger the bot:

What's the purpose of this bot (this might help you figure out what data to gather or tags to add to the bot actions behind the scenes):

Any other requirements:
