Hi group, is there a way to organize messages other than with Tags. Like creating folders? It's hard to navigate a huge list of messages and would be so much easier if we could put them into files. Any way of doing this other than tags?

Hey! I don't think this is feasible. What you can do to organize messages is to create teams and assign the different conversations to different teams.

Important note here: You can assign conversation to both agent and team at the same time 👮

We started using the views in some sort of folders. It's a new option and it's quite nice.

What do you mean by views? How do I access that?

Check this: https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/4323882-see-a-custom-list-of-conversations-in-real-time-with-inbox-views/p>

It's a new feature and I am not sure if it is enabled for everyone.

Do you mean outgoing messages? Or incoming conversations?

Hi. I am mean outgoing messages. Right now messages are just tagged but a long huge list. I want to put them in folders if possible. I have campaigns for 'Campaign like messages' but even those messages still show in the long list of outgoing - always on messages.

The views work only for incoming messages so it will not help you in this case.

They actually used to have a "folders" feature for outbound auto-messages, but it was deprecated in favor of message tags.

You might need to just export those and organize in something like Notion, Basecamp, or Google docs for now.
