I planned to create many series, and it would contain the same message (the same box). I wonder if Intercom will detect it and won't send the message repeatedly.
So, my question is "Will my customers be received the same message?"

Hey @user1014! If you add the same message to multiple Series, it will send a copy to each customer per Series. This is because, when you add a message to a Series, Intercom makes a copy of the message (with a different message ID) so it isn't treated as the "same" message across each Series.
