How do you measure satisfaction on feature level?

Hi there! I was wondering how you send surveys via Intercom when it's about measuring feature experience (measuring the satisfaction of a specific part within a software).

That's what I would like to set up:

  • in-app: targeting on URL level
  • one rating question plus an optional text field
  • 7-scale (e.g. stars, emojis)

It seems the easiest way with Intercom is to launch a post with emoji reaction. Trade-off: 1. Only a 5-scale 2. No possibility to include a text field after.

Is there a better way to do it?

Hello @marén ,

In your case I would use Outbound custom bot to trigger the following, please check my video about sending NPS surveys using a custom bot.

A - With a custom bot, that's possible.

@marén , I need to also mention the third-party application Wootric (please take a look guide from Intercom).
