How do I get a person to exit a series once they've clicked a specific link, such as the "get a quote" or "get a demo" link in a previous email within the series?
I see how to get people to exit if they've clicked any link in the previous email, but not a specific link. Is this possible?

While @aparna is correct in that there's not a direct way to do this, you may be able to accomplish this using UTM parameters within the link, then specify your exit rules to exit any users who share those values for their UTM attributes!
