What do you use to send Service Notifications or Outage Alerts to customer using iOS app?

Banners are a web app only feature, so how do accomplish somthing similar in the iOS app? I've seen the article that discusses dynamic custom bots for iOS which says to use and attribute that gets populated with iOS app current screen. That attribute is then used in the Rules to trigger a message. I am thinking if we can get an attribute like that then we could use a Post message in lieu of a banner. What do you all think?

Hey @nick l14 ! You can integrate statuspage app and add it to the Messenger home screen to inform customers about the outage. You can check our app store for other similar apps. Would this work for you?

Thank you for the suggestion. I think it could help. I have started to look at statuspage and will next determine if it can tell the difference between and outage and degraded service.
