Can we see exact date and time when our outbound message was read by the user?

HI. can we see when an outbound chat message was read by the user? We send out important info that sometimes the customer says they didn't see, yet the message shows as seen. Can i tell when that message was read? Not after last seen info. Thanks.

It is not possible to see the exact timestamp a message was marked as "seen". Although I can definitely understand how useful this would be! I'd be happy to flag this as a feature request for the team, a great idea for the @Product Wishlist​!
