How to stop sending a particular email campaign until the user ends up logging back in?

Hi I want to ask how to stop sending a series of email campaign until the user ends up logging back in to my product? I created a particular reengagement email campaign, and I want to stop sending the rest of the emails after the user returns to my product. How should I set up my email campaign to detect such activity?

Thank you!

Hi @Zachary Gonzalez !

You can give your Series an ‘Exit Rule’. For example, if the objective of your Series is to get a customer to visit your site again, you can give your Series an Exit Rule  of having ‘last_seen’ the customer less than 2 days ago (or whatever value you want).

Once the customer logs into your site, that Last Seen value will change to the current date. This means that they will match the Exit Rule and will leave the Series.
